WHAT CLOUDHEO FINDS

The AWS costs nobody is watching.

EC2 · RDS

Oversized instances

EC2 servers and RDS databases averaging under 10% CPU. Cloudheo suggests the next size down.

EC2 · RDS

Non-prod running 24/7

Dev and staging running nights and weekends. Limiting them to business hours cuts their cost by nearly two thirds.

EBS

Unattached EBS volumes

Disks attached to no instance, still billed every month.

EC2 · EBS

Stopped instances

A stopped instance no longer pays for compute, but its disks are still billed.

EBS

Orphaned snapshots

Backups whose source volume no longer exists.

Elastic IP

Idle Elastic IPs

A public IP allocated but attached to nothing, billed by the hour regardless.

EBS

Outdated disk types

Disks still on the older gp2 type, which costs more than gp3 for the same performance.

Savings Plans

Savings Plan coverage gap

Sustained compute spend still paying full on-demand price, with no Savings Plan covering it.

Numbers you can check

Every amount comes from fixed rules applied to your AWS data. Not an AI guess.

HOW IT WORKS

From connection to savings in 3 steps.

  1. Connect

Create a read-only IAM role in your AWS account by following our guide, then paste its ARN into Cloudheo.

  2. Analyze

Cloudheo cross-checks your costs, CPU usage and resource state, then lists every saving, largest first.

  3. Decide

Each recommendation comes with a risk level and a plain explanation. Simulate the impact on your bill, then apply what you want.

WHO IT'S FOR

For teams on AWS without a FinOps expert.

The bill keeps growing and nobody has time to go through it line by line. Cloudheo does that work and tells you where to start.

SECURITY

Cloudheo reads. It never changes a thing.

Access goes through a read-only IAM role that you create in your own AWS account.

READ-ONLY · REVOCABLE ANYTIME

Read-only permissions

The role requests no write permission. Nothing can be stopped, deleted or modified.

No access keys

Cloudheo uses temporary 1-hour credentials via AWS STS. You never share an access key.

Revocable anytime

Delete the IAM role in your account to cut Cloudheo's access.

You stay in charge

Cloudheo never changes anything. You decide what to apply, in your own AWS console.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does it cost?

The Free plan is free, with no credit card: it shows you what you could save. Pro unlocks everything else, with a free trial and no commitment. Details are in the Pricing section.

Can Cloudheo change my infrastructure?

No. The role only has read permissions: Cloudheo can't stop, delete or modify anything. Changes stay in your hands.

Which AWS services are covered?

EC2, RDS, EBS volumes and snapshots, Elastic IPs and Savings Plans coverage, using cost data from Cost Explorer and CPU usage from CloudWatch.

Are savings calculated by an AI?

No. Amounts come from fixed rules applied to your AWS data. AI is only used to explain each recommendation in plain language.
